Have you ever stood outside the commissary looking out over our beautiful home here in Germany and wondered what that beautiful, gilded building is shining off to the right? It is none other than the beautiful St. Elizabeth Russian Orthodox Church. Here is your chance to learn the history, view the gorgeous interior of the church and grounds which includes the cemetery. Enjoy the evening with your favorite person.
Our date night starts with a tour of St. Elizabeth's Russian Orthodox Church at 5pm, but you should go to Neroberg 2 where Opelbad Pool and Restaurant is. There is plenty of parking at Opelbad. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the church. Please be on time as the tour will start promptly at 5pm. Dinner will follow at around 6:30pm.
Dress: Cashmere and Denim theme (be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the tour)
Menu: Dinner will be German grilled BBQ buffet with selections of beef, pork, poultry, and fish as well as vegetarian items, sided dishes and salads. You will not leave hungry! Water, coffee and dessert are included. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages may be purchased separately.
